We are seeking a versatile Technical Project Manager to join our team. You will bring your technical and project management expertise to a diverse customer environment, supporting our customers through a variety of different projects. Your day-day will be working with customers and prospects to help them leverage the Hydrolix data platform across a variety of cloud environments. You’ll partner with presales and account management to manage the implementation, working with stakeholders to define the project scope, objectives and requirements. You will manage the delivery of the project, identifying and resolving issues, managing risk and communicating to the stakeholders, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Client facing Technical Project Management leading the integration of Hydrolix’s Services
- Successfully manage projects through their lifecycle from requirements analysis, scoping and planning, through to delivery and all that it entails
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to understand and communicate business objectives, data management challenges, and specific requirements
- Provide technical guidance, support and best practices to customers on utilizing Hydrolix to achieve their data management and analytics goals
- Contribute to the development of product documentation, customer feedback, technical guides, and training materials and blogs to support customer onboarding
- Contribute to best practices, processes and procedures for your role as Hydrolix continues to develop.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role
- Professional certifications in IT project management, such as the PMP, CSM or ITIL
- Experience with database management systems, data platforms or database software (including SQL)
- Experience of Grafana or another visualization software
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Bonus Qualifications
- Cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) experience
- Spark, Databricks, Splunk, Python experience
